To run the marketplace you asked to use (contract), to prevent fraud and enforce our terms (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations (tax, records). Location for proof is collected only with your consent, which you can decline.
Public listing pages show listing content, sponsor logos/brands and proof photos. Sponsors see the owner's proof photos and metadata for their booking; owners see the sponsor's brand, link, logo and message. Providers we use: Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Stripe (payments, payouts). We do not sell personal data.
Listings until you pause or delete them; bookings and proofs for 7 years (financial records); logs 30 days.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected] from the address you used. Residents of the EU/UK have GDPR rights including complaint to a supervisory authority; California residents have CCPA rights; Australians can complain to the OAIC. We respond within 30 days.
We use only browser storage needed to keep you signed in to your dashboard on your device. No advertising cookies.
Data is stored on Cloudflare's global network and processed by Stripe; both operate under standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
AdMySpot is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children; listings that feature children are removed.
